Returns / Exchanges

Please be advised we do not accept returns or refunds. You will have 7 days from the day you originally received your order to send us your exchange with a valid tracking to be eligible for exchange or store credit. If you have placed an order while a sale/promotion is running and have forgotten to use the discount code we are unable to refund or create a new order for you.

Items must be new, in original packaging with all tags, unworn and unwashed. If a garment has all security tags and labels, we are happy to exchange for another size or store credit. Please note you can only exchange it to items of the same value or above. This store credit can not be used in conjunction with other promotions.

Please note Ooh The Label does not cover the shipping cost when sending your items back to us, this will be the customers responsibility. We advise our customers to keep your tracking number when returning your items back to us, we are not responsible for any loss of packages when you are returning. We will only accept items which have been unworn, unmarked, and still with original tags and packaging.
