Returns / Exchanges
We do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to offer an exchange for a different size or for an item of equal or greater value, provided the original item is returned in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and packaging intact. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Refundable Items
All Sale, Clearance, or Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or issue store credit, as long as the item meets the following conditions:
The item is unworn, unwashed, and unmarked.
It is in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
Please note that exchanges can only be made for items of equal or greater value, and store credit cannot be combined with other promotions.
Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot be held liable for any lost or damaged packages.
Processing Time
Once we receive the returned item(s), please allow up to 7 business days for processing. We will notify you once your exchange has been processed or your store credit has been issued.
Sale Items
Items marked as "Sale" are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.
Shipping Liability
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or delayed packages. Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Faulty Items
All items are carefully inspected and photographed before being packed and shipped to ensure quality.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at Info@oohthelabel.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We’ll review the case and compare it with our records. If the item is confirmed faulty, we’ll offer a repair, replacement, store credit, or refund.
International Orders – Duties & Taxes
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by your country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in your purchase price.
Please monitor your parcel’s progress with your local customs office, as they may contact you directly regarding payment. Unpaid fees could result in the parcel being returned to us.
We recommend checking your country’s regulations ahead of time to ensure smooth delivery.
Order Cancellations & Change of Mind
We’re unable to accept cancellations or changes once an order has been confirmed. Please ensure your order details are correct at checkout, as all sales for change-of-mind are final.
Returned to Sender
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, failed delivery attempts, or the parcel not being collected from the postal service, it is the customer’s responsibility to cover the cost of re-shipping the order.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are products that are purchased before they are available for immediate shipment. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept that production and delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to manufacturing or shipping delays.
All pre-orders are final sale. Once a pre-order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Inventory is specifically allocated and produced based on pre-order demand. By completing a pre-order purchase, the customer agrees to these terms.
